Payments Gateway
One integration, every way your customers want to pay.
Mobile money and bank cards through a single secure platform, with the APIs, reconciliation and reporting your finance team will actually ask for.
One integration, every method
Mobile money and bank cards, accepted through a single secure platform and a single API. Your developers integrate once; adding a payment method later is a configuration change on our side rather than another integration project on yours.
Which specific providers and card schemes are enabled depends on the commercial agreements in place for your business. Working those out is part of onboarding, not something we leave you to discover afterwards.
For your engineers
- REST API with predictable, documented responses
- Sandbox environment with test credentials
- Webhooks for asynchronous payment events
- Idempotency keys so retries cannot double-charge
- Hosted checkout, or your own UI against the API
- Reference integrations for web and mobile
For your finance team
- Every transaction queryable by reference or date
- Settlement and reconciliation reports, exportable
- Refund and reversal handling with a full audit trail
- Dashboard views by channel, method and status
- Failed-payment reporting with the actual reason
- Role-based access so approvals stay separated
Built into the rest of the stack
The gateway is what MX Core settles through and what Tiyende collects with. If you are already running one of those, payments are a configuration rather than a build — and if you are not, the same APIs are open to you.
Security
Card data handling, encryption in transit and at rest, key management and access control are all part of the platform rather than an add-on. We will walk your security or compliance team through the specifics under NDA.
Questions
Questions we get asked.
Which payment methods are supported?
Mobile money and bank cards, through a single API. Which specific providers and card schemes are enabled depends on the agreements in place for your business, which we work through with you during setup.
How long does integration take?
A straightforward web or mobile checkout is usually a matter of days against our sandbox. Integrations into core banking, ERP or bespoke back-office systems take longer and are scoped up front.
Do you support reconciliation and settlement reporting?
Yes. Every transaction is queryable through the API and the dashboard, with settlement and reconciliation reports your finance team can export.
