When a product is the wrong answer

Most of what we sell is a product, because most problems have been solved before. Some have not. When your process is genuinely your own, or the systems you need to join up were never meant to speak to each other, configuring something off the shelf produces software that technically works and nobody uses.

That is the work this team takes on: web, mobile and enterprise systems, built from your requirements rather than adapted from someone else's.

How we work

We scope before we quote. That means understanding the process as it actually runs — not as the org chart says it runs — and mapping every system the new one has to touch. Integration surface is where bespoke projects overrun, so we establish it at the start rather than discovering it in month four.

From there: design, build in increments you can see and react to, integrate, test with your people rather than at them, deploy, and support. You get working software in front of users early enough that changing your mind is still cheap.

Working alongside other vendors

Most enterprise work involves talking to something we did not build, sometimes to a system whose original vendor is long gone. That is normal here. We will work with your incumbent suppliers, and we will tell you plainly when an integration is going to be harder than anyone has admitted.

Ownership and support

You own the code unless we agree otherwise in writing, and that is settled in the contract before work starts. After deployment we support what we built — our team is in Malawi, in your timezone, and reachable without a ticket queue in another hemisphere.
